    Terms & Conditions

    These terms apply to bookings made with Hotel City Centre Inn Nizamuddin (751, Mathura Road, Jangpura, Bhogal, New Delhi, Delhi 110014, India) through this website, by phone or in person.

    Bookings and payment

    • Online bookings are confirmed by email. Payment is made at the hotel on arrival.
    • Rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) per room per night for 2 adults, include GST at the applicable rate and include breakfast.
    • An extra bed (one per room) is charged separately and paid at the hotel.

    Check-in and identification

    • Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
    • The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
    • Every guest must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid Indian visa. We may refuse check-in without valid ID.

    During your stay

    • Guests must follow our Hotel Policies. Pets are not allowed and rooms are non-smoking.
    • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.
    • We may end a stay if a guest seriously or repeatedly breaks the hotel policies.
