Cancelling a booking

Because you pay at the hotel, there is no charge to cancel a booking made on this website. If your plans change, please cancel as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before check-in, so we can offer the room to another guest.

Late arrival

If you expect to arrive late, please let us know so we can hold your room. The front desk is open 24 hours.

Refunds

No advance payment is taken for online bookings, so no refund is normally due. If you paid in advance by special arrangement with us, contact us and we will confirm the refund terms that applied to your booking.
